General terms and conditions of Lenka Doležalová's massage studio - Mystique Relax PIN 74408143

 

1. Basic provisions

1.1 These general terms and conditions regulate the legal relations between the provider of massage services in the studio of Lenka Doležalová - Mystique Relax (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), registration number 74408143, in the premises at Tržní náměstí 833, Liberec, and the purchaser of the services provided (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer"), the visitor to the studio (hereinafter referred to as the "Visitor") and the user of the services provided (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").

1.2 The Operator provides massage services on the basis of a valid trade license and documents certifying professional competence for the activities performed.

1.3 By purchasing a gift voucher or ordering a specific massage date, both the Buyer and the Customer agree to the general terms and conditions of the Operator.

2. Order of services

​

2.1. Date of visit

The date of the visit must be arranged and booked in advance by phone, e-mail or text message.

The agreed date is a binding order. For the agreed date of the Customer's visit, the Operator reserves the appropriate time of the masseur, capacity, and the prescribed temperament of the studio.

2.2 Cancellation conditions

By creating an order and making an appointment, you agree to the following conditions:

 

Cancellation - more than 24 h before the start of the massage - the client pays 0% of the price

Cancellation - less than 24 h before the start of the massage - client pays 50% of the price

Cancellation - less than 4 h before the start of the massage - client pays 100% of the price

If you send a substitute for yourself for the given date, in the same time range, the cancellation policy does not apply to you. Thank you for valuing our time and work.

2.3 Early arrival

With respect to other visitors to the massage studio, it is possible to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the agreed time.

​

2.4 Late arrival

If the Customer arrives a maximum of 15 minutes after the agreed time, the massage will be shortened so that it ends at the originally agreed time. Late arrival will be considered as absence of the Customer.

2.5 Absence of the Customer

In case of absence or arrival more than 15 minutes late for a massage, the Customer is obliged to pay the full value of the booked time for the amount of the booked massage or it will be deducted directly from the value of the certificate, voucher or free bonus.

2.6 Refusal of massage

We reserve the right to refuse a Customer. Who arrives for the massage in a condition that makes it impossible to perform the massage (e.g. he is under the influence of narcotics, his state of health does not allow massage, etc.). We reserve the right to refuse a massage if the Customer is rude, vulgar or unreliable. In this case the Customer will be charged the full amount of the booked service.

2.7 Early termination of the massage

The massage may be terminated prematurely if the Customer behaves in a rude, inappropriate manner, or if the masseur or masseuse feels threatened by the client during the massage despite repeated requests. The massage may be stopped if the Customer shows signs of infectious or other diseases and health problems, or signs of intoxication or drug abuse. In this case the client shall pay the full amount of the booked service.

2.9 Leaving the studio

The studio offers the Customer a high level of comfort. With respect to other visitors to the studio, each Customer is expected to leave within 20 minutes of the end of the massage.

2.10. Personal belongings and valuables

The studio provides superior customer security comfort. However, the Operator is not liable for any loss of the Customer's belongings before, during or after the massage.

​

2.11. Informed consent of the customer

Before the first massage, the Customer is briefed on the health risks, indications and contraindications. If he/she decides to have a massage, he/she gives his/her clear and free informed consent.

2.12. Price list for massages

The price list of massages is available in the studio and on the website of the Operator. 

​

2.13. Deposits

In the following cases, we may require a deposit on the order:

- 50% for orders over 4500 CZK (payment on account).

- 100% for orders less than 3h in advance (immediate payment on account)

2.14. payments via benefit cards such as pluxee, benefit plus and others

Please always send us payment via PLUXEE and BENEFIT PLUS in advance - AT LEAST ONE DAY IN ADVANCE. Without this, we cannot guarantee the possibility of payment.

3. Service complaints

In the event of a complaint about the services provided, the Customer must immediately and credibly prove that the subject of the complaint is related to a specific fault of the Operator. The complaint must be sent in writing to the address of the Operator. In case of an unjustified complaint, the costs of the complaint will be charged to the Customer.

4. Gift voucher

​

4.1 Use of the Gift voucher

The gift voucher can be used to pay for any relaxing massage offered by the Mystique Relax massage studio. In the case of a gift voucher with a specific face value, the exact nature and scope of the massage can be agreed upon when making the appointment or prior to the massage. A description of each massage can be found on the studio's website: www.tantraliberec.cz.

Payment by gift voucher must be declared at the time of booking for validation.

 

4.2 Gift voucher value

Gift vouchers are issued either with a stated face value or for a specific type of massage.  The unused value of the gift voucher cannot be exchanged back for cash.

4.3 Validity of the gift voucher

A gift voucher is valid as long as its value has not been exhausted or its expiry date has not passed. The certificate can also be used for partial payment with a cash top-up.

​

4.4 Expiry date

The expiry date of a gift voucher is six months from the date of sale. The services of the massage studio must be used no later than the expiry date of the voucher. The validity period cannot be extended.

​

5. Final provisions

​

5.1 Health and safety at work

By entering the premises, the Customer undertakes to comply with the rules of work safety and risk prevention at the Operator's workplace and to follow the safety instructions given by the Masseur.

 

5.2 Validity and effectiveness

These general terms and conditions come into effect on 1 September 2024.
